Concordia Seminary honored with Cornerstone Award

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis is the 2015 recipient of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce’s Cornerstone Award, given in recognition of the Seminary’s contributions to the local community.

Concordia Seminary President Dr. Dale A. Meyer accepted the award on behalf of the Seminary at the Clayton Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Awards Dinner Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis.

“We are honored and humbled to receive the Clayton Cornerstone Award tonight,” Meyer said. “We’ve been blessed to be part of this community since 1926. We strive very intentionally to be a good neighbor and contributing corporate citizen to the excellent quality of life in Clayton. Thank you for this recognition!”

The award is on display in the Seminary Advancement offices in Loeber Hall.
