Contemplate visitation event to be held Oct. 13-15

For college students and second-career men, women

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis will host Contemplate, a three-day visit for college students and second-career men and women, Oct. 13-15. The visitation event’s goal is to provide an in-depth view of the Seminary’s world-class ministerial formation experience.

While attending Contemplate, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the preparation that leads to service as a pastor or deaconess. By meeting faculty members, sitting in on classes and touring the Seminary campus, participants will gain valuable information about formation for pastoral and diaconal ministry.

“A visit in person brings each participant into the life of our community for a few days,” said Rev. Bill Wrede, the Seminary’s director of ministerial recruitment and admissions. “After a visit, it’s much easier for people to reflect on their experience and imagine themselves being students here.”

The event is free. Register: www.csl.edu/contemplate
