Rev. Scott Holder is a new admissions officer for Ministerial Recruitment and Admissions.
He previously served as pastor at Oak Road Lutheran Church, Lilburn Ga. (2012-17), and at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Logan, Utah (2001-12).
He received his Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 2001 and a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas Tech University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Missional Leadership through the Seminary and is in the final stages of the program.
He is married to Caralynn and they have a daughter, Rachel, and a son, Aaron. Holder enjoys reading, running and family.

She is an Air Force veteran and has worked for AT&T and Western Union, and also currently works for Optum Healthcare.
