A Nov. 8 article in the St. Louis Business Journal shared the Seminary’s plans to renovate some older student housing into new apartments. The 10,146-square-foot property, located at 6701 San Bonita Ave., has been vacant since June 2018. The number of apartments the building will have following renovation is still to be determined, but it will likely include six to 12 units.
