2021 Prof Insights faculty-led workshops to be held online, in person

From archeology to worship, from the Anabaptists to Martin Luther, from beauty to pop culture, from adult faith formation to child rearing, from the Old Testament to Revelation. Those are just a few of the topics that will be covered as part of the 2021 Prof Insights: Faculty-Led Workshop Series [1].

This year’s series features 31 workshops by Concordia Seminary, St. Louis faculty and other scholars. Designed for pastors, church workers and laypeople, the annual series offers in-depth study on contemporary topics that influence the practice of ministry and worship. Some workshops will be offered in person while others will be offered online.

“We have something for everyone,” said Director of Continuing Education Erika Bennett. “This year’s series will be offered with a mix of both online and in-person workshops, and we have added some Concordia University System professors to the speaker lineup in addition to many of the Seminary’s esteemed professors. I believe our participants will truly be enriched by this year’s workshop offerings.”

The cost for each workshop is $100 unless otherwise noted, which includes Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits for pastors. Registration and payment should be made no later than 14 days before the beginning of each workshop.
