Team up with Concordia Seminary for Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2

Friends of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis are invited to take part in Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, to support the Seminary’s vital mission of forming future pastors, deaconesses and missionaries who will tell the world about Jesus.

This year’s Giving Tuesday campaign includes a dollar-for-dollar matching opportunity for unrestricted gifts up to the first $62,000 raised toward an overall campaign goal of $124,000. Gifts donated during this special campaign will be used where needed most in support of the Seminary’s mission to prepare the church’s future leaders.

“It is our unique privilege as Christians to give joyfully of what God has first given us,” said Vicki Biggs, senior vice president of Seminary Advancement and chief communications officer. “We are grateful to our friends and supporters who partner with the Seminary on Giving Tuesday and every other day of the year to benefit our students. Their gifts have eternal significance.”

Donors can visit the Seminary’s Giving Tuesday page [1] to make an online gift and to offer a matching gift or challenge among their friends, families, churches and alumni classes. Early giving for #GivingTuesday will begin Nov. 3, 2025.

Participants also are encouraged to share their Giving Tuesday experience using the hashtags #PrepareAPastor, #PrepareADeaconess and #GivingTuesday on social media to spread the word about the campaign.
