Lent for All Nations
Dr. Benjamin Haupt
Associate Provost and Assistant Professor of Practical Theology
This Lenten series will examine characters in the New Testament and their explicitly named nationalities and ethnicities because even these little details point us to Christ and teach us to love our neighbors. The series kit will offer well-researched, exegetical sermons that focus hearers’ attention on Jesus in new ways. Materials like the LCMS Commission on Theology and Church Relations’ documents on racism and immigration, as well as other materials, will be offered for further reading.
Registration deadline: Jan. 17, 2020
