From the President

Dr. MeyerDear Friend of Concordia Seminary,
“This is a different world from the one in which I grew up. What will it be like for our children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the generations that follow? Will there be healthy, loving, Gospel-proclaiming congregations to nurture and sustain them in their heavenward way? Answering ‘yes’ to that question under God’s enabling grace is the special responsibility of Concordia Seminary.

“This GENERATIONS Campaign is designed to help Concordia Seminary meet those challenges. God help us through this campaign to provide coming generations ‘with confidence and cheerful courage’ in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ!”

The Case for the Campaign

Generations-casestudy-coverClick here to downloadTo fulfill our promise to our students and build upon the tradition of excellence that has defined the Seminary, we invite you to join us in Generations: The Campaign for Concordia Seminary. Your support will help ensure that future generations will be served by faithful, relevant, and relational pastors who share the Gospel message in ways that advance the great Commission.

Congregation Support

Are you looking for ways your congregation can get involved in the Generations Campaign? A Seminary Celebration is an opportunity for congregations to share with their members the important work being done at Concordia Seminary to ensure that future generations will be served by faithful, relevant and relational pastors. We have resources available to help you organize an event. A Seminary Celebration can be held any time, and it’s not limited to just congregations – small groups can host one, too!

Thank you for encouraging your church to host a Seminary Celebration. Your influence and enthusiasm can be the key to help ensure the ongoing preparation of pastors to serve future generations.
