Description

2025 Multi Asian Gathering

May 7-8, 2025

The Multi Asian Gathering is a mission movement of Asian leaders (clergy and laity) to celebrate our unity and uniqueness in mission and ministry in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS).

The purpose of the Multi Asian Gathering is to bring together Asian leaders from diverse Asian backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures in order to address common mission and ministry topics we face such as next-generation ministry, leadership development, theological education, church planting, discipleship, colloquy programs and cross-cultural missions. We desire to network and form meaningful relationships with all cultures and expand our interaction with LCMS leaders and entities.

The Multi Asian Gathering committee is offering a limited number of grants to partially offset the registration fees and/or campus housing costs for the Multiethnic Symposium and the Multi Asian Gathering. College students, pre-seminary students, Concordia University church work students and emeritus LCMS pastors are encouraged to apply. The grants will be distributed after the event. For more information or to apply, please contact Dr. Terry Chan.

Registration

Those interested in participating in the Multi Asian Gathering must register for the Multiethnic Symposium.
