Seminary choir to perform at Historic Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Louis

Concert scheduled for Sunday, April 15

Laudamus, a select choir of seminarians preparing for full-time service as pastors in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), will perform Sunday, April 15, at Historic Trinity Lutheran Church – Saint Louis. This performance marks the final stop of the choir’s 2018 spring tour.

Under the direction of Dr. James Marriott, the Seminary’s Kreft Chair for Music Arts, the choir delights in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music.

Each year, the choir schedules tours to LCMS schools, universities and churches throughout the country, singing an eclectic program representing the church’s song from many different genres. The concerts are free but freewill offerings are taken.

The final spring concert begins at place 3 p.m. at Historic Trinity Lutheran Church – Saint Louis, 812 Soulard St., Saint Louis, MO 63104. A member of the Seminary’s admissions team will be available to talk with prospective students and anyone interested in church work opportunities and answer questions about the Seminary.
