    Pastors and congregational leaders in The Lutheran Pastors and congregational leaders in The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS) face new missional challenges in the post-Christian context in which we now live. This Prof Insights workshop, "Treasures Old and New: A Workshop on Adult Faith Formation," will introduce participants to a model of adult faith formation and discipleship with roots in the catechumenal practices of the early church. Through this workshop participants will see how faith formation practices can revitalize parish life as the whole congregation participates in shaping the faith and life of new Christians.
