About me: I am Southern Illinois born and raised, and proud of it. My hometown, Chester, is a small town on the banks of the Mississippi River. I remember as a kid watching the riverboats pass by- a little Mark Twain like, I suppose. I am married to my ever patient and loving wife, Jenn. I have two boys that I affectionately call Boenerges (sons of thunder). Additionally, I like candle lit dinners and strolls in the park.
Favorite place in St. Louis: Grant’s Farm. Go there, and you will know what I mean.
Music I like: Johnny Cash, Waylon, Willie, and the Boys. Luckenbach, Texas, y’all.
What I enjoy about CSL: It’s the real thing. I have enjoyed watching my family grow in a community of people being prepared and formed for ministry. I look forward to working with these students someday out in the field.
